Named after its founder Paul Sirigine, himself a smallholder coffee farmer for over 20 years, Sirigine Coffee Producers has been curating award winning coffee from small farmers throughout the Chimbu province for more than five years. Chauve is a rugged district located in the Chimbu province between the western and eastern highlands, where coffee must be grown on very steep mountainsides above 1600 meters, making harvest a challenge. Chimbu is a beautiful anaerobic natural coffee that will remind you of a fresh blueberry pie. Different styles of black tea will also vary in taste depending on how you like to brew.
