PANE CALABRESE
This Calabrian artisan bread is made with hard wheat semolina and/or soft wheat flour, natural yeast, and baked in a wood-fired oven, resulting in a thick, crispy crust and compact, porous crumb. It is packaged fresh daily and shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays.
