This extra virgin olive oil is extracted for full flavour giving it a fruity, nutty and herbaceous character with a medium to robust peppery finish. Delicious sloshed over hot or cold vegetables and added to meat, fish or pasta before or after cooking to release and enhance natural flavours. Wonderful as a dipping oil with bread and dukka.
