The estate, built in 1854, is now in charge for the fifth generation. Situated near Colmar, the region benefits from an exceptional microclimate and one of the lowest annual rainfall in all of France. The territory covers an area of about 28 hectares and has been cultivated in a way that respects nature. In the late 90s, the vineyard turned to an entirely organic (certified in 2004) and biodynamic culture.
