What we can say is this: every box is built with the same care as our Llamated Edition releases. Each option is designed to offer equal value, so whichever one you receive, it will feel considered, useful, and worth exploring. All items are covered by our two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, or any failure that renders the product non-functional. Can I return or exchange items in my Blind Box? We’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for Blind Boxes or the items inside them. Each individual item is, however, covered by our two-year limited warranty as outlined above.
