Classic Shirt Making

Learn to make your own dress shirt with mens wear designer Bailey! In this 6-week class, Bailey will guide you through everything from picking your size (chest sizes 34-56) all the way to sewing the final buttons on. You'll learn and practice so many techniques like sleeve and button plackets, pointed collars and collar stands, french and flat-felled seams, buttons and button holes, setting in sleeves, yokes, pleats, interfacing, and, if there's time, even pockets and flaps. All materials and supplies are included. You just need to show up ready to have fun, learn new things, and be ready to sew. When you're done, you'll leave with your shirt pattern, the shirt, and a smile on your face! Sewing 101 or equivalent skills are required for this class. This course is on Saturday from 2pm-5pm July 11th - Aug 15th This class is limited to 10 students
