CO2 rises after people arrive — there's a delay before the ventilation system responds. PIR occupancy detection tells your BMS the moment someone enters a space. Combine it with CO2 and you get predictive ventilation: start ramping up airflow on first occupancy, before CO2 has time to build. The BREEZE-V gives you both from one device and one BACnet source.
