Bajra Millet
Our Pearl Millet, popularly known as Bajra or Sajje, is an ancient grain and a popular millet variety. This product unpolished, chemical-free and cultivated by small holder farms in the Anantapur district under the Timbaktu Collective. Highly nutritious - Gluten-free and high in fiber, protein and iron. It is low glycemic index and rich iron and magnesium. Highly versatile and can be easily incorporated into daily meals as, rotis, porridge or in breakfast batters. The rice is PGS certified organic and contains no chemical residues.
