Marabu charcoal is growing in popularity in professional kitchens and barbecue connoisseurs and it is easy to see why. Made sustainably by harvesting wood by the very invasive thorn bush which grows aggressively and encroaches land which must be controlled. Due to its density it makes a fantastic hardwood charcoal, which is long lasting, up to 3 hours, and flavoursome, however you may experience small amount of sparking whilst burning from this type of charcoal. With absolutely no additives or chemicals, RCH15 is popular in restaurants across the country, but is also perfect for home barbecues, especially if you need a long cook time for a large joint of meat or a long party. The sizing seen is an assortment of middle sized to larger pieces, however this product, no matter the sizing of the charcoal, gives you a consistently high heat that’ll last for up to 3 hours of cooking.
