MEXICO ORGANIC CHIAPAS SHG EP is sourced small scale coffee producers from the southern state of Chiapas, Mexico, near Guatemala where there are mountain ranges that provide higher altitudes and ideal climates for cultivating coffee. SHG (Strictly High Grown): Cultivated above 1,200 meters, ensuring slower growth for a denser, more flavorful bean.
