Weaving Workshop (June 21st)

Single session – Sunday 21st June DETAILS: In this two hour class you will learn how to weave on a frame loom. It is suitable for complete beginners interested in learning the basics of weaving. You will learn the basic plain weave structure and create a small tapestry style sample. WHAT’S INCLUDED? All materials will be provided including yarns to make your sample. PRICE: £45 per person NUMBER OF SESSIONS: 1 DATE: Sunday 21st June: 10:30am - 12:30pm WHO IS THE CLASS FOR? Beginner (Please note this workshop is suitable for adults only.) MAX CLASS SIZE: 6 TUTOR: The class will be taught by Molly Hayden who graduated with a First class degree in woven textile design from Central St Martins. She has since worked within the industry in Jacquard design and also hand weaving. REFRESHMENTS: Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
