This 3 barrel blend utilizes corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley from bourbons sourced from Indiana and Kentucky between 8 and 11.5 years old. The resulting 4-Grain Bourbon is a bold, rich, mature pour with viscous, lasting finish. Nose - Cocoa, oak, vanilla, cherry, caramel, peanut brittle, toffee, and tea. Palate - Cocoa powder, vanilla, cherry, caramel, maple, oak, leather, charred sugar, brownies. Finish - Dark chocolate, vanilla, molasses, espresso, butterscotch, oak, leather, and tobacco.
