Teen Class: Sweet & Savory Focaccia - Friday, August 21
Bread, dessert, and tomorrow's breakfast- all in one class! Your teen will create two types of focaccia: a savory loaf they'll decorate with veggies, herbs, and seeds (think edible garden art) and a cinnamon roll focaccia they'll prep in class and take home to bake fresh the next morning, topped with cream cheese frosting. While the savory loaf bakes, they'll build their own mini trifle at our design-your-own trifle bar. They'll leave with three things they made themselves and a skill set they'll actually use.
