Siesta

Grand parents are special. They have so much to share. Memories of the past that can bring history to life in a way that no book ever can. I’m thinking about my grandfather as I type this, a gentle man who fought a war that he believed the likes of would never be seen again. But we are seeing these horrors again. Grandparents should be loved, treasured and respected. I feel for the grandparents and families in Ukraine and pray for peace. So that afternoon rests such as this become normal. Siesta Rest Peace
