Teary "Your Way In" Tee (PREORDER)

In commemoration if the release of their debut EP "Your Way In", we're offering this Teary tee designed by Riley Kummer, on brass Comfort Color C1717 tees. Teary is a four piece rock outfit from Los Angeles, CA. Aptly described as “Post-Shoegaze”; they progress the genre with tastefully placed Alternative/Indie Rock vocals and rhythms to sonically travel into a warm genre all of their own; akin to bands such as Silversun Pickups, Sonic Youth, and True Widow. Nonetheless all blended together with waves of reverberated guitar, reminiscent of all Shoegaze pioneers. After nearly two years of writing the band emerges with their debut EP “Your Way In”, produced and mixed by prominent producer Sonny DiPerri (DIIV, Julie, Narrow Head, Protomartyr). Recorded in July of 2025 in Los Angeles, “Your Way In” is a massive opening statement and dense sonic journey. The EP’s first single “Through the Side Door” is a blooming sound of new growth, and a delicate balance of push and pull. The pummeling walls of distorted guitar in it’s final moments give a taste of the heavier pieces on the EP, in songs such as “Headlands” and “Behind Your Teeth”. Not to be overshadowed by the smokey cinematic moments in “Then You” and “Bad Actor”. The album then ends on “Taiwan Song”, a yearning call for closure with guitars so transient they gallop and nearly trip over themselves. Available for open preorder now.
