This is a traditional Cava made from Parellada (60%) and Xarel·lo (40%), aged 6.5 months on lees, unfiltered, and sulfite-free. It has a bright gold color with fine natural bead and a delicate taste of pear, citrus, and white tea, served at 6–8°C.
