This is a 750ml bottle of Merlot wine from the Gotojima Vineyard in Kawaue, Fukushima Prefecture, harvested on October 15th, 22nd, and 23rd. It was fermented using wild yeast at a maximum temperature of 28°C for 30 days and aged for about 6 months in stainless steel tanks with the lees.
