Ademu Alama produces CO₂ decaffeinated heirloom coffee at 1750-1950 meters above sea level. The coffee has notes of grilled pear, green apple, lemon, and toasted bread.
- The process uses natural carbon dioxide from prehistoric underground lakes combined with water to create subcritical conditions for caffeine extraction.
- The decaffeination process is described as gentle, natural, and eco-certified.
