Info: 50 ml Tincture Not to be confused with Chinese skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis), St. Francis's American or blue skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) is commonly used as a mild sedative or anti-anxiety herb, and to decrease pain, including headaches. Product Notes: As a sedative, American Skullcap may help to relieve tension and stress. It also appears to have antioxidant and neuroprotective effects. It is excellent as a supplement on its own, or in combinations such as a blend of Valerian, Skullcap, and St. John's Wort. Ingredients: Each 1 ml contains: Certified Organic Scullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora, flowering tops). Non-medicinal ingredients: Distilled water, certified organic alcohol. Suggested Usage: Adults: Take 1-2 mL (30-60 drops) 3 times daily or as needed in a little water on an empty stomach. May also be taken as a one-time 3-6 mL (90-180 drops) daily dose in a little water at bedtime. Warnings: Do not take St. Francis Herb Farm Organic Scullcap if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol or other sedatives is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness.
