Huye Mountain - Rwanda
This coffee is a single-origin, washed process, red bourbon variety from Rwanda, grown at elevations of 1,700–2,200 meters. It has a profile of plum jam, black berries, and black tea with dark chocolate aftertaste. It works well in hand filters, electric brewers, and as a light roast espresso.
