Consisting of coffees from Colombia, Ethiopia, and El Salvador, it opens with notes of crisp Rosé, moves into a bright green apple acidity, and rounds out with hints of berries and a smooth walnut finish. It’s balanced, expressive, and easy to come back to cup after cup. This is the kind of coffee that feels like longer days and open windows—familiar, but just different enough to notice.
