Red Wine Jus

Great add on to your lamb or beef roasts! Luscious and intense, red wine jus marries rich beef and chicken stock with deep red wine and a generous spoon of redcurrant jelly to create our red wine jus. Free from artificial colours and flavours. No added salt. Ingredients: Beef stock (spring water, beef bones, chicken bones, calves feet, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato purée, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), chicken stock (spring water, chicken bones, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato purée, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), red wine (12%) (red wine, potassium metabisulphite), cornflour, redcurrant jelly (redcurrant juice, sugar, pectin, sodium citrate).
