Introducing Easy On The Ivy: Japan Edition, a zine by Tom Hoy and a physical companion to his Easy On The Ivy Substack, a blog exploring the heritage, culture and global influence of Ivy League style. Influenced by Japanese magazines like Popeye, 2nd and Free & Easy, the zine is anecdotal and unhurried, sharing the trip through words, photos and the stories that stayed with him. It is not a Tokyo guide. But if you are a menswear obsessive, you will find a handful of shops where calling them worth a visit hardly does them justice.
