They produced incredible stuffed animals of every type, including super fun hand puppets, like this adorable Dally. This toy was finely handcrafted in Germany between 1955-56 only. This short production time makes Dally one of the rarest post-war Steiff puppets! It has an endearing look with glass eyes and lots of black airbrushing dots, as expected from any Dalmatian Dog. This puppet retains the trademark button in ear but is well loved and shows age wear with mohair bald spots and soiled areas. The bow is missing.
