This is a genuine Mulin MLKZWX018-A3 control box, also referred to as a junction box. It is designed for use with adjustable bed bases equipped with 2 motors. Compatibility This control box is not cross‑compatible. Only purchase if your existing control box bears the identical model number: MLKZWX018-A3. This control box is designed to be used with the MLSK70-A4 wireless remote control. If you are unsure whether the issue is caused by the remote control or the control box, it is recommended to replace both components at the same time (the second option in this listing). Features Two 5‑pin motor connectors for the head and foot sections An integrated cable with a 2‑pin male plug for connection to the power adapter An emergency lowering button for manual bed adjustment Important Note – Remote Pairing After installing the control box, you must pair the remote control with it. Follow the steps below: Power on the control box. Within 120 seconds after the control box is powered on, simultaneously press and hold the HEAD UP and FOOT UP buttons on the remote for 3 seconds. The button light will flash, indicating that pairing is complete. Note: Pairing must be performed within 120 seconds after the control box is powered on. Beyond 120 seconds, even if the light flashes, the pairing will not succeed. During pairing, ensure the remote control is within 1.5 meters (about 5 feet) of the control box.
