A rich slow-cooked Moroccan tomato, aubergine and pepper dip with a hint of chilli. Ingredients Aubergine, red pepper, green pepper, onions, garlic, tomatoes, tinned tomatoes (citric acid), tomato puree (citric acid), paprika, black pepper, chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, cumin seeds, brown sugar, (allergens in bold). Suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians. May contain: Egg, soya, tree nuts, sulphite, celery, sesame and mustard as these are handled on the same premises. The product is vegan in nature but made on premises that handle milk, egg and meat. Weight - 200g Use by date - 4 days shelf life Storage Keep refrigerated below 5 degrees Celsius. Once open, consume within 24 hours. Usage Can be eaten cold with Tahini or Hummus, and with pittas/pitta chips. Lovely to use as a pitta sauce, heat it up with fried egg or use it as a shakshuka. Warm it up and cook with chicken breast cubes and enjoy stuffed in a pitta.
