Tin Shed Wines, Wild Bunch Riesling - 2023

The smell of springtime is immediately attractive, with a heady mix of wild flowers, and a little salty breeze wafting through the air. Tastes of Kiwi’s and mango with a savoury salty lick, great tension throughout the journey. - Jac Smith Eden Valley has very cold nights and warm days through ripening which leads to the retention of good natural activity in Riesling grapes - the hallmark of great Eden Valley Riesling! The vineyard has a slight easterly aspect, and the row orientation is east-west, which is ideal as it misses the harsh westerly sun directly hitting the vines. 2023 was an exceptional vintage for Riesling.
