A black tacky base designed for rub-on chrome powders. For isolated designs, use our Matte for Chrome (Non-Stick) Gel Polish before designing with this product. Follow cure times as instructed. 15 ml, 0.5 fl. oz. Directions: CURE FOR 30-60 seconds. Rub on your chrome powder with an applicator. Finish curing for 1 minute. HEMA & TPO FREE
