We set out to make our own with the following requirements: Strong and lasting Velcro adhesion between the inner and outer belts. Quick adjustment to accommodate clothes layering and small day-to-day differences in fit. Solid and proper mounting for MOLLE and Velcro one-wrap compatible pouches. Full MOLLE coverage and Velcro contact - No unusable dead zones. The perfect level of rigidity - Supportive of handguns and effective at distributing the load of the belt effectively, while being flexible enough for comfortable, continuous wear. The Atom Belt is our answer. It's a low-profile, lightweight, full-featured, and straightforward shooter's belt. This user would comfortably wear a size 3. When sizing for the Atom belt, measure your waist through the belt loops of pants you often wear. Take this measurement without a belt on and keep the pants at a comfortable height. The sizing info above only applies when the Atom is worn over our inner belt and similar low-profile designs.
