Breathe + Become is a full day intensive experience designed to strip away the noise and bring you back to the truest version of yourself. Through breathwork, art, soul work, channeled messages from spirit and practical transformation tools - this day will move you from the inside out. Facilitated by Dan King and Justine Marie - two practitioners who each bring a level of depth, presence and expertise - this is not a workshop you attend. It is an experience you live. What to expect: We open the day with intention - creating a space to feel authentic, expansive and allowing you to discover and heal aspects of you. Justine guides you through a powerful 9D Breathwork journey and Reiki energy clearing that works on a cellular level - releasing what has been stored and making space for what is ready to emerge. A catered lunch holds the group in connection as the morning integrates. The afternoon moves into truth - who you actually are beneath the roles you play and the stories you carry. Through Dan's experience you will be seen in a way that is rare and quietly life changing. From there the afternoon flows into Therapeutic Art with Justine - bypassing the thinking mind - followed by rotating mini sessions where you can receive a personal soul reading with Dan. You will also dive into values work with Justine. After a dinner on your own, or together (optional) we come back together in the evening for the practical piece - how to actually live this. How to remove what is no longer yours. How to love yourself in real time and build a life that reflects who you are becoming. We close with grounding down regulating breathing meditation led by Justine to anchor everything that shifted and a final circle to seal the day.
