Wine, oil and bread: a journey into Sicily’s essential in Tascante Estate

GUIDED TASTING OF THREE WINES, FIVE OLIVE OILS AND FIVE TRADITIONAL BREADS, WITH ESTATE TOUR Bread, oil and wine are far more than simple foods: they tell of ancient gestures, agricultural techniques, and shared knowledge that span the history of Mediterranean civilisation. This experience reveals the extra virgin olive oils produced across the five Tasca d’Almerita Estates, each the result of different cultivars and meticulous care. Alongside them, five types of bread crafted by local bakers, made with ancient Sicilian grains and specific leavening and baking techniques. The guided tasting is completed by three wines from Tenuta Tascante, for a sensory journey that connects landscapes and local supply chains.
