Bijūnas (Paeonia) ‘Sorbet’

These decorative and easily recognizable three-layered peony bushes have a unique, three-petal flower design, a strong and pleasant aroma, and can grow for decades under suitable conditions. The flowers are large (up to 15 cm wide), fully bloomed, and come in three colors: lower and upper petals are light pink, while the middle layer is either magenta or raspberry. The bush grows up to 80–90 cm tall and 70–90 cm wide. They bloom in late spring or early summer and stay decorative throughout the season, turning bronze or russet in autumn. They prefer sunny locations but tolerate partial shade. They require well-drained, fertile, and slightly acidic soil.
