Premium Roasted Tea Powder Our hōjicha powder is produced from roasted green tea by the Kinezuka family in Shizuoka, Japan. The Kinezukas are leaders in organic tea farming without the use of chemical pesticides. このほうじ茶パウダーは静岡で半世紀も前から化学農薬を使用せずに茶栽培に取り組んでいる有機栽培の先駆者である杵柄さんが、丹精を込めて作り上げたほうじ茶をパウダーに加工しています。 Flavor notes Aroma of caramelized sugar with slightly woody notes and a hint of dried fruits. キャラメル化した砂糖の香りに、ほのかな木香のニュアンスとドライフルーツのアクセントが感じられます。 Preparation Whisk 1 tsp of tea powder with 2 to 5 oz of 195-degree hot water. Can be enjoyed by itself or as a latte with hot/cold milk. ほうじ茶パウダー1.5〜2gを70ccのお湯（約90℃）で泡立ててください。ホットや冷たいミルクを加えてラテとしてもお楽しみいただけます。 Care Keep sealed between uses and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
