We're grateful to continue our partnership with the Baide family as this coffee continues to be excellent. This coffee is the Parainema variety, a cross between Villas Sarchi and Catimor, making it an easier coffee for farmers to grow while still boasting an intense cup quality. Giovanny has done incredible job with the honey process, mellowing out the intensity and increasing the sweetness of this variety.
