A 316L stainless steel flush mount rod holder with a 1-5/8 inch inner diameter, designed to fit a 2-3/16 inch hole. It includes a 4-1/2 inch long by 3-5/8 inch wide cap, a 9 inch tube, and a 1/4 inch wide by 1/2 inch tall gimbal bar. The cast model has a 1/2 inch drain hole and a black liner running the full length of the tube.
