My absolute favorite thing to do with the buckets and buckets of ripe red berries is simply a big bowl of them with a dollop of whipped cream. If I’m feeling fancy, whipping up a little cake or biscuit to stack together with the strawberries and cream is the ultimate indulgence and I am truly never happier. Saturday and Love Letter blended together are so sweet and blushy, it reminded me of the way the strawberry juice colors the cream in dots and swirls.
