Friday 24 July 2026 Dinner en Rouge returns for its eighth year, bringing together Melbourne's most celebrated Cantonese dining experience and the release of our most anticipated Family Paddock red wines at the iconic Flower Drum Restaurant. Hosted by Chief Winemaker Paul Bridgeman and Winemaker Peter Shone, guests will enjoy an intimate five-course dining experience, with a bespoke menu crafted by Flower Drum's world-renowned culinary team. Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement the depth, elegance and character of our ultra-premium Family Paddock wines. This year, the evening will feature two highly anticipated unreleased wines: the 2019 Melissa's Paddock Syrah and the 2019 Samantha's Paddock Mélange Traditionnel, alongside a curated selection of flagship Family Paddock wines and surprise pours throughout the night.
