For complete details, please refer to our disclaimer. INSTRUCTIONS Wipe down each band with this oil, evenly coating both sides of the band. A little bit goes a long way. Wipe off any excess oil with a towel. Do this at least once a month or if you notice the band having any trouble sliding along the plate.
