True to Waterford's terroir-driven philosophy, this expression is a small-batch assemblage marrying select Single Farm Origin whiskies that were matured in a spectrum of premium American oak, French oak, and Vin Doux Naturel casks. With only 2,000 bottles released, it delivers a distinctly robust and malty profile; a sweet, complex nose of candied apples, apricot, and baking spices opens up to a chewy, warming palate layered with baked pear, white pepper, orange zest, and softly tannic wood before ending on a long, mouth-watering, and dry finish.
