Pointe Shoe Fitting Booking Fee - Terms & Conditions To secure your pointe shoe fitting appointment, a €25 booking fee is required at the time of booking. Redeeming Your Booking Fee The €25 booking fee is fully redeemable against any pointe shoe purchase made on the day of your appointment. The booking fee will be deducted from your final purchase total. If no pointe shoes are purchased during the appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable and covers the professional fitting service provided. Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in the booking fee being forfeited. Pointe Shoe Fittings Pointe shoe fittings are specialist appointments carried out by trained and experienced fitters. Appointments typically last 30 minutes. Attendance at a fitting does not guarantee that pointe shoes will be purchased or that a suitable shoe will be identified during the appointment. First-time pointe shoe students must have approval from their dance teacher before attending a fitting. Dance World reserves the right to refuse a fitting where a dancer does not meet the necessary requirements for safe pointe work. Please allow plenty of time to arrive for your appointment. Our fitters work to a schedule and other dancers may be booked immediately after your fitting. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment and your booking fee may be forfeited.
