Notes of lemon,lime and pear skin mingle with a hint of kaffir lime leaf, creating a bright, aromatic glass. Vibrant and fresh, showcasing green apple and pear alongside tropical hints of honeydew melon, kiwi, and pawpaw for layered complexity. A zippy, lime juice- like acidity keeps the wine bright anf taut, balanced by a lovely texture and mouthfeel. This Riesling highlights the site's continued development and the adaptability of the variety in Australia's elevated Adelaide Hills. Exceptionally food friendly, it pairs beautifully with a range of dishes or simply with Coffin Bay oysters and a squeeze of fresh lime.
