La Petite Clem is a superb dry natural sparkling apple wine. Unsweetened, unfiltered and unpasteurised with only 43 calories per 100ml. It is made from a the best selected single blend of Elstar apples in our cidery. With a dry profile and a similar carbonation of small bubbles to that of champagne, this is a great low alcohol alternative to your Cavas, Proseccos and Champagnes, and it’s Irish! The delicate mineral and pear profile is great with fish and white meat. A lovely mid week, drinks reception or picnic wine.
