The G20 handles indoor and outdoor paved and smooth surfaces: tile, hardwood, concrete, asphalt sidewalks, hospital floors, shopping centers, boardwalks, and paved paths. It is not designed for grass, gravel, sand, mud, or rough terrain. Southwest Florida's typical daily environments — shopping centers, medical offices, hotel lobbies, restaurants, paved paths, cruise terminals — are within the G20's surface capability. Beach access and nature trail use require an all-terrain or beach-specific mobility solution. How does air travel with the G20 work? Remove the ForceMax™ battery before checking the chair. The battery travels in the cabin as carry-on — it meets FAA watt-hour limits. The chair frame is checked as a mobility aid; airlines are required under the Air Carrier Access Act to accept mobility devices at no charge and return them at the destination gate.
