Baileigh BP-5060NC 50-Ton Hydraulic Press Brake with 61in Bending Capacity The BP-5060NC is a 50-ton NC hydraulic press brake with a 61 inch bed. It shares the frame and bed length of the 33-ton machine below it in the range, but a 5 hp pump and heavier cylinders take full-width capacity from .078 inch up to .118 inch mild steel. That extra thickness is the reason to choose it. At 61 inches by .118 inch you are into 1/8 inch plate across the whole bed, which covers bracketry, gussets, base plates and chassis work that a lighter brake can only manage in short sections. Throat depth is 7.87 inches, the housings sit 49.21 inches apart, and there is 11.81 inches from table to ram. The motorized back gauge runs on a ball screw with 23.62 inches of travel, with encoder-driven digital readouts on both ram depth and gauge position.
