20 Minute performance time and 20 Minute associated clinic session (maximum time including transition from performance to clinic of 45 minutes). Grade 4 (Advanced) Description: Intended for very strong high school bands or college bands. This music is technically demanding and requires musicians to be proficient in all aspects of their playing. It includes frequent key and meter changes, intricate rhythms, and detailed dynamic shaping. Typical Characteristics: Technical and rhythmic challenges, frequent meter and key changes, complex harmonies, and advanced dynamics. Minimum Performance Grade 4 Level
