British Army 1952 First Pattern Parka Middle

Something of a rarity, and a great looking piece! The classic 1950s British Parka Middle in it's very rare 1951 first pattern. These were only produced for around a year before being replaced by the far more common second pattern. Easily recognisable with the attached hood, no upper chest pockets and a significantly lighter weight cotton shell. These are very reminiscent of the contemporary RAF mk1 and cold weather parka, using many of the same materials. A killer piece of British design. Condition Good used condition. One repair to the front right pocket. The fishtail has been removed as is common with parkas of the early 1950s.
