HONMA BERES PP-505 HAMMER HEAD — MAXIMUM STABILITY, K-SHAPED EVOLUTION The BERES PP-505 Hammer Head is the highest-MOI putter in the entire BERES putter series. Its distinctive hammerhead shape evolves the traditional T-shaped putter silhouette into a K-shaped design, pushing mass further to the extremities of the head than the PP-502 or PP-503 achieve. For golfers who prioritize maximum forgiveness above all else in a putter, the PP-505 is the top of the BERES putter lineup on that specific measure. Every PP-505 is custom built by Honma's TAKUMI craftsmen at the Sakata, Japan facility. Allow 8 to 12 weeks for assembly and delivery. CNC-MACHINED CONSTRUCTION AND DOUBLE MILLING FACE The body is CNC-machined from SUS303 soft stainless steel, chosen for its feel and sound characteristics at impact. The new double milling face pattern produces consistent topspin and true roll immediately off the face, improving speed control and reducing the early skid that throws off distance judgment on longer putts. BENT SHAFT NECK AND K-SHAPED WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION The PP-505 uses a bent shaft neck paired with toe-heel stainless weighting on its aluminum sole, but the K-shaped head geometry distributes that weight further from the center than the T-shaped designs in the rest of the lineup — the direct source of its highest-in-series MOI rating. This translates to maximum resistance to twisting on off-center strikes, holding line and distance more consistently than any other putter in the BERES range under the same mis-hit.
