Villa Montecito is a spectacular beachfront villa in Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta, offering 18,500 sq. ft. of luxury indoor and outdoor living space across four levels. This tropical retreat features up to 12 beautifully decorated suites, a heated saltwater infinity pool, hot tub, expansive ocean-view terraces, and direct access to a pristine sandy beach. The villa can be rented as 6 suites or expanded to up to 12 suites, accommodating up to 24 guests. Villa Montecito is fully staffed with a villa manager, concierge, 24/7 houseman, two housekeepers, night watchman, cook, sous chef, waitstaff, bartender, and mixologist. The stay includes two chef-prepared meals daily, with guests covering food and beverages. Guests also enjoy high-speed WiFi, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, outdoor bar, BBQ area, spacious dining areas, and personalized concierge services for airport transfers, meal planning, activities, and other arrangements.
