Unwind with an immersive sound bath to quiet your nervous system, then step into your creative process to translate that inner clarity into a finished, seasonal masterpiece. What's a sound bath? A sound bath is a meditative, experience with various instruments, and sounds. Benefits include and are not limited to relaxing the nervous system, soothing anxiety, improving immunity, and emotional resilience, leaving you with a safe, harmonious, peaceful feeling. No experience needed, just bring your open heart and open mind. All materials included! * It's a good idea to wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on, or bringing something to cover your clothes as backup. AUTUMN SPA CREATIONS: Dive into a vibrant forest world, and the delightful world of a sunflower, using a rich pallet of warm vibrant colours. In this session, you'll paint a stunning birch forest scene, or sunflower, immersing you in the relaxation you now have from a soothing sound bath, and meditative experience. We explore layering, blending, and other techniques, so you capture the beauty and captivation of the seasonal trees, and flowers. LOCATION: Albion, Maple Ridge. (near 240th and Kanaka).
