Winemaking notes The premium Organic Shiraz grapes were picked at perfect ripening conditions and quickly chilled to preserve the varietal grape characters. The fruit was then pressed gently with minimal skin contact, giving the juice the softest pink colour. After pressing, the juice was quickly chilled before heading into primary fermentation. After gentle fining and filtration, the wine went through a slow and low-temperature extraction of alcohol (reverse osmosis), bringing it down to 0.019%. This alcohol-free wine (or NOLO) was then lightly carbonated and bottled early to maintain all its freshness. Here's to bliss, refreshingly unrestrained. Vegan-friendly.
